Galentine’s Day is a magical time when we ladies get together and celebrate all things, well, galtastic. So this year, my gal pals and I decided to throw ourselves a little Galentine’s Day Brunch (although technically Galentine’s Day is Feb. 13, we had to celebrate on the 15th). But as Leslie Knope, the goddess and creator of Galentine’s Day says: “Any time a group of women get together for brunch, we embody the spirit of the holiday.”
“We need to remember what’s important in life: friends, waffles, work. Or waffles, friends, work. Doesn’t matter, but work is third.” -Leslie Knope
