We get it. We showed you how to make the oil, but not how to turn that into a delicious treat. Well here you go. Special brownies are the quintessential edible, but so many people just toss their Canna Oil in a Betty Crocker box mix and call it good. We’re here to help you give your edibles that extra touch to be more than a vehicle for THC.
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons canna oil
5 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 ½ tablespoons light corn syrup
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon applesauce
3 egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla
Preheat oven to 350° F
Put the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in bowl and mix together.
Pour your canna oil and chocolate into a double boiler over high heat. The double boiler helps to keep harsh heat off the chocolate to keep it from burning. While the water in the lower pan boils, whisk the chocolate and oil until melted.
Remove from the heat and whisk in the corn syrup, brown sugar, and applesauce. Stir in vanilla and egg whites. Beat the mixture until smooth, gradually stirring in the flour mixture until it has a smooth consistency.
Grease a 9X13 baking pan. Pour the batter into the pan and bake 20 minutes. When a toothpick comes out clean, the brownies are done. Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack
