Their six-page menu offers a wide variety of Eastern and Western teas – an aspect that distinguishes ZenCha from other tea salons. The menu is broken down by region and type, with insightful flavor descriptions to help narrow down your choices. And do not hesitate to ask for help, the Tea Ambassadors are well informed about the teas and happy to help you find the right one.

If you are looking to satisfy more than just thirst, ZenCha has a fabulous food menu. The teriyaki chicken, served with rice and vegetables is a favorite – but the ginger salmon is the best (and delicious) deal.

While lunch and dinner are important meals, ZenCha’s brunch (available only on Saturday and Sunday) is ZenCha at its best. Definitely go for the enormous Masala waffles topped with caramelized bananas, mangoes and whipped cream, or the Earl Grey pancakes. All the brunch items are mind-blowing and well worth multiple outings in the effort to taste each offering.

The light atmosphere, amazing food and tea make ZenCha one of the reasons why Columbus is a phenomenal place for food lovers. Just know, the food portions are ample and the tea is HOT! So take a moment to chat, watch the hustle and bustle of Columbus and avoid burning your tongue. Nothing is worst then a burnt tongue, especially when there are waffles to be eaten.

*This is a personal favorite of our Editor ‘n Chef. He spent more time here than in class, and he promises you’ll have nothing but the best tea and service under the care of the tea ambassadors.
