You really thought our cheeseball recipes ended with the Seven Days of Balls? That we’d run out of cheesy ideas? Think again! And we’re back just in time to give you a holiday-themed cheeseball.
You’ve scrolled through thousands of Christmas foods on Pinterest and they are all beginning to look the same. You want something original and fun, but still easy and low cost to make. Well, this snowman cheeseball works double time. It’s only 3 ingredients and will proudly sit in the middle of the table as a beautiful centerpiece. And watch your friends’ reactions when you tell them the Snowman’s edible too.
Try this simple cheese ball for yourself. Just make sure you take plenty of pictures before handing over your Snowman to hungry guests.
Snowman Cheese Ball
2 8oz packages of cream cheese
1/2 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
1 clove of garlic, minced (optional)
Mix garlic (if desired) into the cream cheese.
Roll cream cheese into two balls, one smaller than the others. Don’t worry about getting your hands messy, or cheesy!
Pour the mozzarella cheese onto a plate and roll the two balls in the cheese, coating completely.
Now build your snowman! You can use peppercorns for the eyes, mouth, and buttons. And a small carrot for he nose.
